Policies & Guidelines
- Full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the tour.
- 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 3-6 days prior.
- Strictly non-refundable for cancellations within 2 days or no-shows.
- In case of bad weather or force majeure, tours may be rescheduled subject to availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or travel credit will be issued upon management's discretion.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
- Children aged 2 and below are free of charge (excluded from headcount).
- Children aged 3-7 are eligible for a 30% discount (excluded from headcount).
- Guests aged 8 and above are subject to the full tour rate.
- Note for Oslob: Children aged 0-5 are not permitted to snorkel but may view the whale sharks from the boat.
- Payments are accepted via Credit Card, PayPal, PayMongo, or Bank Deposit.
- We offer flexible payment terms: Full payment or 50% downpayment with the balance payable in cash on the tour date.
- No Activity Policy: If a scheduled activity is cancelled due to unpredictable weather, transportation fees remain non-refundable, but unused activity fees may be refunded.
What to Bring:
Swimwear, extra clothes, sun hat/cap, toiletries, and towel.
Accommodations & Surcharges:
- Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM - 12:00 NN.
- Room sharing depends on the selected hotel. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of downpayment and hotel availability.
- If the preferred hotel is unavailable, alternative options will be provided, which may alter the package price. You may request a full refund within 24 hours if you decline the alternatives.
- We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. No hidden fees outside of personal expenses and excluded meals. Report any unauthorized extra payment requests immediately.
- Vehicle assignments: Sedan (1-3 pax), Minivan (4-6 pax), Van (7-12 pax).
- Holiday surcharges apply during peak seasons (e.g., Sinulog, Christmas, New Year).
- Rates and itineraries are customizable upon request but subject to change without prior notice.
